I’ve always wanted to write a food blog.
I’ve started one or two, but they’ve never lasted long. I’ve gone back and forth between if I should have a food/everything else blog, or strictly a food blog. Oh, and then there’s the pressure implied by having a food blog, i.e. I would have to make good food all the time and take wonderful pictures. What about the days where all I eat is instant oat meal and a deli sandwich? Do I just lie and pretend I ate heirloom tomatoes with fresh mozzarella on rustic French bread? Believe me that’s what I’d rather be eating.
So what I’m going to do is maintain a Food I Wish I Was Eating/Food I am Eating blog (and hopefully the two overlap.)
